Our story
Built because the existing tools weren't good enough
Training providers were managing apprenticeships across a patchwork of systems — one for the e-portfolio, one for scheduling, one for compliance reports, and endless spreadsheets to hold it together. Tutors were spending hours every week on admin that should take minutes.
We built TIQPlus to fix that. One platform that replaces the stack, with AI handling the repetitive work — evidence tagging, review preparation, compliance reporting — so tutors can focus on the learners.
The same principle applies across every training type we support: remove the friction between good training intent and actual delivery. That's what TIQPlus is built to do.

TIQPlus is the primary product of Training Intelligence (TIQ) Ltd. It's an AI-powered training platform that combines LMS, TMS, and e-portfolio functionality into a single system — with dedicated portals for learners, tutors, employers, and admins.

Who's behind TIQPlus
Michael Joseph Bourke — Education & Skills Advisor
Michael (Mike) Bourke is co-founder of The Skills Partnership, a UK training and workforce development organisation. Over a long career in further education, he has served as Chief Executive and Principal of Waltham Forest College and worked across apprenticeship delivery, workforce strategy, and training consultancy.
Mike brings sector expertise from employer and provider environments — including apprenticeship reform, vocational learning, and practical programme design across transport, professional services, and facilities management. His experience shapes the compliance and delivery logic at the core of TIQPlus.

Security
Enterprise-grade security from day one
Training data is sensitive — learner records, employment information, and compliance evidence. We take security seriously and are certified to the standards enterprises and regulated training providers require.
All data is stored on AWS infrastructure with 256-bit encryption at rest and in transit. UK data residency is available. Every action is logged in an immutable audit trail.
